I used to think every sunscreen would eventually feel annoying after a few hours.
Either my skin became greasy, my makeup started separating, or I simply wanted to wash everything off by midday. That’s probably why finding a sunscreen I genuinely enjoy feels oddly satisfying now.
After trying different formulas over the years, two products that stayed memorable for me were La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ and Anessa Moisture UV Sunscreen SPF 35. They both protect well, but the feeling they leave on my skin is completely different.
1. La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+
La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ became one of those sunscreens I trusted immediately after the first few uses. The texture felt fluid and lightweight, almost like it melted into my skin without effort. I remember expecting the usual sticky sunscreen feeling, but instead my skin felt surprisingly comfortable throughout the day.
What I personally liked most was how invisible it looked once applied. There was no heavy layer sitting on top of my skin, and makeup blended nicely afterward without becoming patchy.
2. Anessa Moisture UV Sunscreen SPF 35
ANESSA Moisture UV Sunscreen gave me a softer and more nourishing experience compared to the La Roche-Posay sunscreen. The first thing I noticed was how smooth my skin looked after applying it. It added a healthy glow that made my skin appear more awake, especially during dull mornings.
I found myself reaching for this sunscreen more often when my skin felt dehydrated or stressed. The texture felt moisturizing without becoming too rich, which made my skin feel comfortable even after spending long hours in air conditioning.
Both sunscreens earned their own place in my routine without replacing each other. La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ became my reliable everyday option whenever I wanted something lightweight and effortless, while Anessa Moisture UV Sunscreen SPF 35 felt more comforting on days when my skin needed extra softness.
